Upcoming Workshops and Trainings

Registration is open for the 5th Annual Ontario Region CCP Workshop, February 28th, March 1st and March 2nd at the Valhalla Inn in Thunder Bay.

Registration is starting to fill up, so sign up soon if you’re hoping to join us! CLICK HERE to register.

This year’s theme is the value of CCP: looking at good community planning as an opportunity for healing, revitalization, honoring traditions and building on the strengths of our communities. As with every CCP Workshop, we will focus on the skills and tools that support CCP, the steps we can take to care for ourselves and our communities and keeping things moving in a positive way. We will share stories, learn from each other, build our peer-to- peer network, and pick up skills and tools to help us in our work.

Please note:

  • NADF is able to cover travel, meals and accommodations for 2 participants from each community in our service area.
  • Additional participants are welcome to register, but will need to pay their own way and cover a registration fee ($200)
  • Due to rising costs, we have a cap of 120 participants this year. Spots are first come, first served, so please register early!
  • Registration deadline is February 14th!

If you have already registered, we look forward to seeing you! And will be in touch in the next couple weeks with your travel details, the agenda, and other workshop information.
